Time is hard to come by these days and the last thing you want to be doing, when you do have time, is spend it sitting in the car to drive to the gym. Here’s the good news... you don’t need a gym membership to build body you have always wanted!! Studies have shown that there is more than one way to build muscle and this program will allow you to take full advantage of that!
The weeks are broken down into two week increments for a total of six weeks. The variety in training will keep you motivated and interested while still maintaining the integrity of consistently training all of your muscle groups. This program provides focus on upper and lowermuscle groups as well as total body circuit style metcon training. The goal is for you to finish the 6 weeks feeling more educated, empowered, stronger, and sculpted for those hot summer days.
