A program with the schedule and life of a mom in mind.
The weeks are broken down into 4 weeks with a five-daytraining split. The variety in training will keep you motivated and interested while still maintaining the integrity of consistently training all of your muscle groups. This program provides focus on upper and lower muscle groups as well as total body circuit style training. You need minimal to no equipment to use this trainer, and if you are a new mom, I recommend using your baby as weight. You will find a break down of cardio that includes the optional use of a stroller. And I didn’t forget to include building your core, to help you recover or return to your postpartum stomach.
Aside from the actual training portion of the program, I also provide a detailed description of what macronutrients are, how to properly count and log your macronutrients and a formula on how to dial yourself in for whatever your body composition goals may be. As a bonus, I also include a recommended grocery list.
This trainer is perfect for someone that is limited on time and equipment, but still would like to learn how to make changes to their body and their health.
